Witch's Hat made from Artiste

Happy Sunday friends, here is a scary witch's hat to decorate your home for Halloween. It's made from the party hat on page 68 of the Artiste handbook. I added a 7 inch circle as the base and decorated. Super easy! The kitty is from the Moonlight compliments. I added some red sparkles in her eyes and clear ones for her collar. A little Black Tulle and Black Sparkles Flourishes finish it off. I hope you like it!
